One ‘bonsoir’ from one of the staff when we arrived was all the politesse that we experienced. over 20 minutes for a plate of cheese and bread. The bar wasn’t even full, yet we had to wait.     Given the full agenda for the week, I knew that I would only have one evening open and I had to make the most of it. I could not wait to explore Geneva, not to mention that I would get yet another new stamp on my passport. Never mind the weeks of preparation leading up to the trip or the hours of facilitation and presentation that would take place the week of, I was ecstatic.
